COMPANY: Well-Established Food & Beverage GroupPOSITION: Finance ManagerLOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSALARY: SAR 25,000 (All-inclusive total package; accommodation and all other expenses to be borne by the candidate)OVERVIEW:Our client is a growing Food & Beverage group with multiple outlets and a catering arm, seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening cost controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong F&B finance experience and the ability to work closely with operations to improve profitability and optimize processes.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis processes.Monitor revenue, gross margins, food cost %, labor cost %, and outlet-wise profitability.Implement recipe costing, menu engineering, and operational cost-control measures.Oversee accurate daily accounting, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA regulations, and internal financial controls.Manage cash flow, payments, collections, and supplier credit terms.Supervise inventory audits, wastage control, procurement pricing, and stock accuracy.Support operations in pricing decisions, promotions, and performance reviews.Drive improvements in financial processes, POS–ERP integrations, and reporting automation.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team (currently 4 staff).PRE-REQUISITES:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.Minimum 7 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in F&B or hospitality finance.Strong expertise in cost control, food cost analysis, and financial reporting.Experience working with POS systems, inventory management tools, and ERP platforms.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations teams.Willingness to be based in Riyadh is essential.
