This position is a great opportunity for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager who is proactive, able to multitask and prioritise work to accommodate the requirements of a dynamic and growing business.You will...Manage Month End Accounting and balance sheet reconciliations to produce robust and timely financial results Responsibility for tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax and corporation tax in all jurisdictionsHelp to building a ‘best in class' transactional accounting function, providing strategic oversight and direction for transactional accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgerCollate budget vs. actuals analysis and Business Partner with Heads of departments on resultsIn collaboration with external auditors ensure year-end audits & consolidation are done in time and tax returns are filed in a timely mannerContribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practiceRequirementsWhat makes you a great candidate?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldChartered Accountant or Full CPA with +6 years relevant experienceDetail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsReliable team-player; flexible and willing to support in other areas when requiredBenefitsWhat will it be like to work at Carry1st?Carry1st is a fast-growing, dynamic place to work.
