Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations — from day-to-day execution to long-term planning. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic thinking, and plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth by ensuring sound reporting, effective cash flow planning, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial operations including reporting, accounting, and cash managementEnsure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; coordinate with departments and report results to senior managementManage short-, mid-, and long-term cash flow planning; optimize payment and collection processesEnsure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirementsParticipate actively in audit processes and ensure timely documentationManage company’s capital structure and maintain banking relationshipsSupport tax planning, incentive utilization, and regulatory complianceAnalyze commercial and operational KPIs to generate strategic financial insightsIdentify and mitigate financial risks; contribute to financial sustainability and internal control developmentLead digitalization efforts in finance; support investment in financial systems and process automationContribute to M&A, investment, and strategic finance projectsLead, coach and develop the finance teamProvide senior leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus7–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce companiesStrong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and auditsExperience with cash flow planning and banking relationsExposure to M&A, investments, or project finance is a strong plusStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a sense of ownershipExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenYour personal data will be processed in accordance with the law and as specified in the clarification text.
