Finance Manager

We have been retained exclusively by our client – an industrial manufacturing MNC with international operations and a strong footprint in Thailand seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its local finance and accounting function.Finance Manager - (Based in Samut Sakhon, Thailand)HYRBID WORK SET UP Overview : This is a key role responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance, accounting, costing, tax, and compliance activities, while serving as a strategic business partner to management and regional leadership. The role focuses on ensuring financial accuracy, driving performance improvement, and enhancing cost efficiency through data-driven insights and strong governance.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the end-to-end finance, accounting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both group and statutory requirements.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with operational and regional objectives.Drive costing and productivity analysis, including product costing, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives to support operational efficiency.Provide actionable financial insights and business analysis to support strategic decision-making, margin improvement, and pricing strategies.Ensure robust tax compliance while collaborating effectively with external tax advisors to manage filings, audits, and regulatory matters.Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and readiness for audits.Lead and develop a small finance team, building capability, accountability, and continuous improvement within the function.Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align financial planning with business objectives.YOUR PROFILE:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) certification.Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience in an MNC.3+ years in a managerial role, leading a team of accounting professionals.Solid background in manufacturing finance, including costing and operational analysis is preferred.Strong working knowledge of taxation, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.Advanced Excel proficiency and SAP experience (HANA or FICO) is preferred.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.THE OFFER:Lead the finance function of a reputed manufacturing MNC in Thailand.A hybrid working set up.Competitive remuneration package.Please apply with an updated resume.
