DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for implementing accounting practices and procedures. Supervises a group of general accountants or accounting clerks in maintaining the general ledger.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervises a group of general accountants or accounting clerks in maintaining the general ledger. Implements accounting policies under direction of the Accounting Manager.Implements processes and procedures that properly capture, track, and report revenue and expenditures.Compiles, reviews, analyzes, and records complex financial information. Reviews account reconciliations prepared by accountants and accounting clerks.Reviews and interprets balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. Identifies control weaknesses and communicates to management.Operates in a lead capacity in making remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk. Conducts research and analysis on advanced issues. Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.ExperienceIntermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required, including some supervisory experience.QualificationsThis role shall need more solid communication within the Cummins Mongolia organization and cross the boarder to enhance each function's collaboration.Problem solving focus on compliance and internal control area.PFR related tasks include AOP target setting, Forecasting, budget control, monthly finance performance reporting.Need the strong communication skill to have cross function connection and request the business operation team to adopt the correct procedure.Willing to take the more ownership to lead the controlling environment in Cummins Mongolia. responsible to clear the historical existing long aged balance sheet itemsThe person shall need to solve the existing process alignment issues, streamline with business operation team to adopt the correct procedure.
