Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in the Riyadh Region. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with fiscal regulations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, analyzing financial data to guide decision-making, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and coordinating audits. The role also involves collaborating with multiple departments and providing leadership to the finance team. Qualifications Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysisProficiency in accounting principles, auditing, and tax complianceStrong skills in data analysis and financial modelingProficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and team management skillsA bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)Strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations and standardsPrior experience in hospitality or a related industry is a plusProficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
