As the region’s trusted partner in In-Store Execution Excellence and Brand Activation, we operate across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt, with a 90-city coverage in KSA.Our 2,500+ Brand Champions serve 100+ active clients, supported by structured SOPs, deep retail expertise, and proprietary technology such as C-Store, our advanced retail visibility and performance platform.Since 2006, our culture of HOTTRUST—Honest, Open, Transparent, Team, Respect, Understand, Support, and Time—has defined who we are: a performance-driven, people-centered partner dedicated to helping brands win at the point of sale.Role OverviewWe are seeking an FP&A Manager (Individual Contributor) to play a strategic, analytical, and hands-on role in driving financial visibility, performance insights, and business planning.This role will own the financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, while partnering closely with the executive and operations teams to translate data into actionable business strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across all business units and markets.Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance analyses highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.Partner with business leaders in Sales, Operations, and Commercial to improve cost efficiency, ROI, and margin performance.Prepare Board-level presentations, variance reports, and scenario analyses that drive accountability and financial discipline.Support the implementation of FP&A automation and reporting tools to streamline data consolidation and improve visibility.Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic goals, providing early warning signals for deviations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CMA, CFA, or equivalent certification is required.6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably within FMCG, retail, or multi-country operations.Proven ability to build complex financial models and extract insights from large data sets.Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial planning software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.Hands-on, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.Why Join UsAt Brand Partners Middle East, you will join a transforming organization that values financial excellence as a core driver of growth.
