We specialize in developing advanced surface coatings and innovative material technologies for diverse industries.We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group Finance Manager to lead our finance department. This person will oversee financial operations across multiple international entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with our global objectives.This is a senior leadership role with full departmental oversight, including responsibility for hiring and managing a junior accountant. The role offers significant opportunity for career growth within our expanding international organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and OversightOversee day-to-day financial operations for all Feynlab entities, including those in the UAE, EU, and the UK.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, including hiring and managing a junior accountant.Serve as the key financial liaison between the Dubai office and the U.S. headquarters, ensuring alignment and consistency across entities.Financial Management and ReportingPrepare and consolidate financial statements and management reports for group companies.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with detailed variance, cash flow, and performance analysis.Manage general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local reporting standards across jurisdictions.Budgeting, Forecasting, and AnalysisLead budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple entities and regions.Provide actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making and business strategy.Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial KPIs to maintain strong fiscal discipline.Compliance and SystemsEnsure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, as well as EU and UK VAT regulations.Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls for efficiency and scalability.Oversee accounting platform management and integration across entities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with regional and global leadership teams to support financial planning and operational goals.Collaborate with U.S.-based colleagues, occasionally accommodating U.S. working hours for reporting and strategic discussions.QualificationsMBA in Finance or professional certification (CMA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing multi-entity, cross-border accounting and consolidation.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and EU/UK VAT compliance.Exposure to U.S. tax principles or U.S. financial reporting is a plus.Experience with Xero accounting platform or ERP-based systems is a strong advantage.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.Why Join FeynlabOpportunity to shape and lead the finance department of a growing international company.Exposure to global operations and collaboration with senior leadership.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Visa, labour card, and health insurance provided.Flexible working hours and occasional remote work options.Growth-oriented, innovative culture that values initiative, accountability, and professional development.
