Terribly Real isn’t your regular fashion label. It’s a homegrown streetwear brand built on UAE culture, sarcasm, nostalgia, and everything unfiltered. We design what people actually live - from Karak pit stops to Friday feels - and turn it into wearable art.We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can work closely with the founder and help bring the brand’s ideas to life. Someone who can be everywhere the founder can’t. The role is hands-on, creative, and involves a bit of everything: planning shoots, managing pop-ups, coordinating suppliers, and keeping our marketing calendar alive and kicking.What you will be doing:Support the founder in day-to-day brand operations and project managementCoordinate production timelines, shoots, pop-ups, and new launchesWork closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners across design, packaging, and logisticsPlan and execute marketing campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other platformsMaintain brand consistency across social media, website, packaging, and eventsBring creative ideas to the table and help turn them into real campaignsTrack performance, sales, and customer feedback to make smarter brand decisionsRequirements:2 to 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or creative coordination (fashion or lifestyle experience is a plus)A good understanding of UAE culture and youth trends — you know what makes people stop scrollingStrong communication and multitasking skillsA balance of creativity and structure — someone who can brainstorm one minute and execute the nextFamiliarity with social media tools, analytics, and content planningWho you are:You’re authentic, resourceful, and a little bit wittyYou make things happen and don’t wait around for instructionsYou love local culture, streetwear, and storytellingYou work well in fast-paced environments where ideas move quickly from paper to realityPerks:Work directly with the founder on everything from new designs to pop-ups and collabsBe part of a growing, creative brand that values ideas over titlesA chance to learn the ins and outs of building a brand from scratchEmployee discounts and the occasional free merch dropIf you’ve read this far, send your CV and a short note on why you’d be a great fit to news@terriblyreal.com with the subject line Brand Manager – Terribly Real for that extra push.
