We’re Hiring: Personal Trainer – Fidelity Fitness Club (JLT, Dubai)The RoleAs a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through an inspiring, structured consultation that reflects Fidelity’s high standards of service, professionalism, and care. Hosting tours and trials and turning interest into committed memberships.You’ll follow a clear, structured sales process, work towards defined KPIs and monthly targets, and ensure every interaction reflects Fidelity’s high standards of professionalism, service, and brand experience.You won’t just sell memberships; you’ll motivate people to start and stay on their fitness journey and act as a true brand ambassador for the club.What You’ll DoSales & ConsultationsQualify inbound leads with confidence, understanding goals, timeline, and readiness to join.Run in-club consultations, following the sales process, identify needs, present tailored options, overcome objections, and confidently close memberships professionally.Maintain disciplined daily follow-up via WhatsApp and phone.Deliver an exceptional first impression every time, ensuring all tours and presentations are on-brand.Inspire and motivate members and prospects, helping them see the value of committing to a long-term fitness plan.Pipeline Management, KPIs & ReportingManage your pipeline in the CRM, logging every lead, interaction, and outcome with accuracy.Work towards clear KPIs and monthly sales targets, tracking your performance and constantly looking for ways to improve.Report on daily activity and weekly performance, sharing insights on lead quality, offers, and conversion trends.Standards & ComplianceRepresent Fidelity as a brand ambassador at all times, professional appearance, positive attitude, and member-first mindset.Follow pricing, offer, and disclosure rules.Uphold data-privacy, consent, and documentation standards in all communications.What You BringBachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience in membership or service sales (fitness, hospitality, or similar high-service environment is ideal).Confident, polished communicator with strong spoken and written English.Skilled in needs-based selling, objection handling, and closing, with a track record of working to KPIs and targets.Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and phone-based follow-up, organized and fast with responses.Target-driven, resilient under pressure, and coachable, eager to learn and improve.Professional, positive, and motivated to help people make real progress with their health and fitness.High integrity, strong work ethic, and a responsible, team-oriented approach.What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.Ongoing sales training and professional development.A high-energy environment with clear systems, high standards, and room to grow.How to applyEmail careers@fidelityfitnessclub.com(subject: “MC - Fidelity”).Attach your CV with a brief cover header at the top: who you are, years of experience, sector exposure, signature strengths, and 2–3 quantified outcomes.
