Job Description

We, @GTCFX , are looking to hire a Digital Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our content operations, assist in managing social media platforms, coordinate with designers and video editors, and assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement.RequirementsContent Planning:Assist in developing comprehensive content plans and release schedules across multiple platforms (Content Calendar).Content Production:Support in preparing images and short video materials.Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of required assets.Account Management:Assist and maintain daily account activity including comments, direct messages, and community interactions.Data Tracking & Reporting:Record, monitor, and analyze social media metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, and impressions.Compile and organize data for regular reporting and performance evaluation.Competitor Analysis:Track and compare competitor accounts to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities.Campaign Execution:Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities, including holiday events, new product launches, and brand collaborations.Brand Maintenance:Regularly update brand information including introductions, cover images, and pinned posts to ensure brand consistency.Research & Innovation:Conduct research on competitor and industry best practices, operational strategies, and creative content formats.Suggest optimizations and experiment with new formats such as Reels, short videos, live streams, or interactive content.Reporting & Communication:Provide daily and weekly reports on work progress, campaign performance, and issues to the Social Media Supervisor & Marketing ManagerExperience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content operations in Fintech Industry is MandatoryProficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, , etc.)Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).Strong ability to track, record, and interpret social media data and performance metrics.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.Personal Attributes:Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Up to date with social media trends, new features, and creative formats.Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
