Our Marketing Manager; The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives to promote the brand, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue across all F&B outlets. This role requires a strong understanding of the food & beverage landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive market trends. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns, digital presence, and brand partnerships within the F&B industry.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Identify target customer segments and design marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to stay ahead in the industry.2. Brand ManagementEnsure brand consistency across all F&B outlets, menus, packaging, and digital channels.Oversee branding for new restaurant openings, rebranding projects, and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with creative teams for photoshoots, copywriting, and design deliverables.3. Digital & Social Media MarketingManage social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure engaging content.Plan digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer collaborations) to boost visibility and conversions.Oversee website content updates, SEO, and online reservation platforms.Analyze digital metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.4. Promotions & CampaignsPlan and execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers.Coordinate event marketing — product launches, collaborations, and in-store activations.Work closely with operations to ensure successful rollout of marketing initiatives at the branch level.5. Public Relations & PartnershipsBuild relationships with food bloggers, media outlets, and influencers for brand exposure.Manage PR agencies, sponsorships, and community engagement programs.Organize food-tasting events, press releases, and corporate collaborations.6. Budget & Performance ManagementDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget.Track campaign ROI and adjust strategies based on data insights.Ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives with measurable business outcomes.RequirementsMaster’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Communications / Public Relations or relevant disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant UAE/KSA working experience in Marketing, PR, Advertising, or related fields. Must have experience in F&B / hospitality in UAE and KSA.Extensive knowledge of UAE’s and KSA’s F&B market and its trends. Great interpersonal communication and consumer service skills. Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills. Valid UAE driving license.Preferably Arabic speaker
