Apply now and lead us into an exciting future!Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager in IKEA Forestry Investment is essential for ensuring financial stability and driving strategic growth. By managing financial planning, reporting, and risk mitigation, the Finance Manager helps maximize returns from investments. They oversee budget allocation and capital management to support operational efficiency and expansion, while facilitating transparent communication with stakeholders to align investment strategies with business goals.Areas Of Responsibility Also IncludePrepare and present financial statements to stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain organizational financial stability. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity supports operational needs and investments. Develop long-term financial strategies and policies aligned with business goals. Lead Finance Operations, driving continuous improvement, cross-functional initiatives, and global harmonization within IKEA's supply chain. Directly manage invoice processing, agreement validation, claim settlements, and ensure accurate administration, complying with legal frameworks and IKEA financial rules. Ensure adherence to documented process controls and financial closing procedures.  Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities in forest properties or companies. Evaluate selected targets for strategic fit, financial health, and operational efficiency. Develop negotiation strategies and structure deals as a key team member. Ensure all necessary regulatory approvals and permits are in place, adhering to compliance requirements. This position will report to Forest Investment Manager and reporting dotted line to IKEA Supply CFO We are looking for you who leads through our IKEA Culture and Values and who are passionate about leading and developing both people and business. We see that you are an engaged leader who leads trough clear communication and who creates an environment of trust. You preferably have a broad understanding of Inter IKEA strategic landscape and Inter IKEA Purchasing Year cycle and Governance Structure. We see that you have an extensive knowledge of financial processes and general accounting procedures, as well as Inter IKEA Financial Manual and regulations. You have good communication skills and have the ability to inspire and clarify for the many. We see that you have strong organizing skills, the capability to ability to have a holistic view and at the same time pay attention to details. As a person you quickly adapt to changes in business needs and have the ability to work towards clearly defined goals and deadlines.QualificationsStrong skills in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Expertise in leading teams, strategic initiatives, and preparing transparent reports for stakeholders. Extensive experience in assessing timberland asset values and financial modeling for investment decisions and forest management. Background in conducting market research and identifying trends relevant to forestry and timber investments. Track record of navigating legal and environmental regulations related to timberland acquisitions. Proven success in structuring deals and negotiating favorable terms.
