Financial Operations & Reporting- Coordinate monthly accounting closing with external accountants.- Review and reconcile P&L and balance sheet items (revenues, fleet expenses, commissions, etc.).- Ensure all supporting documents are correctly archived and classified.- Prepare monthly financial reports.2. Cash Management- Build and maintain monthly cash reports.- Monitor payments, bank balances, and transfers.- Prepare cash forecasts and anticipate funding needs.3. Revenue & Expense Follow-up- Reconcile ride data and revenues with accounting.- Review supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and analytical allocation.- Track operational expenses vs. budget and highlight variances.4. Process Improvement- Help improve finance workflows (invoicing, payments, expense validation).- Contribute to automation and data accuracy between Fleetch, Heetch, and accounting systems.5. Compliance & Audit- Support annual audits (statutory and internal).- Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal requirements.What We’re Looking For:- At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or management control.- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.- Good understanding of accounting principles- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.- Comfortable working in English and Portuguese- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.🌈 Ride with Pride at Heetch 🌍 We’re all about building a diverse, inclusive team where everyone feels safe, seen and celebrated.
