POSITION DETAILSLocation: BGC, TaguigEmployment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Sales & Operations DirectorSalary: ₱55,000-60,000Job Summary:The Finance Manager at Here and There oversees the company's financial operations, including planning, reporting, and compliance. This role is also responsible for managing billing and collections from clients and partners to ensure healthy cash flow and financial stability. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise, effective team leadership, and excellent communication skills to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirements.Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.Accounts Receivable (AR) ManagementSupervise billing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.Establish and monitor credit control policies to minimize bad debt exposure.Analyze aging reports and drive collection efficiency to maintain healthy cash flow.Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to resolve client billing disputes and improve payment turnaround time.Accounts Payable (AP) ManagementManage vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and supplier account reconciliations.Implement approval workflows and payment schedules aligned with company cash flow.Negotiate favorable payment terms and maintain good supplier relationships.Ensure accurate recording and timely disbursement of all company liabilities.Budgeting, Forecasting & AnalysisPrepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.Provide management with actionable insights on cost optimization, profitability, and performance trends.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.Leadership & Process ImprovementLead and develop the Finance Team, ensuring alignment with company goals.Streamline finance processes for efficiency and accuracy across AR, AP, and reporting.Collaborate with other departments to drive financial discipline and accountability.Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CFA) is a plus. · 5+ years in financial management, with specific experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections. · Strong understanding of financial regulations and ERP or financial software. · Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. · Proven leadership ability to manage teams and processes efficiently.Additional Skills & Attributes: · Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity. · Ability to negotiate and follow up effectively on collections. · Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills related to billing disputes or overdue accounts. · Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
