Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm. JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow analysis in coordination with the General Manager and corporate finance. Monitor departmental costs and revenues to ensure adherence to budgets and maximize profitability. Implement internal controls, compliance checks, and audit processes in line with brand and local regulations. Prepare and present accurate monthly and annual financial statements. Support procurement processes, contract reviews, and capital expenditure planning. CONNECTION Collaborate with the General Manager, corporate finance, and operational departments to align financial goals with hotel strategy. INNOVATION Implement financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Identify and introduce cost-saving opportunities and profit-enhancing initiatives. Stay updated on industry best practices to strengthen financial performance. CURATION Deliver curated financial reports and insights tailored to business needs. Support strategic decision-making with accurate, timely, and detailed analysis. LEADING THE WAY Champion integrity, transparency, and ethical financial practices. Embed ESG into financial planning and reporting. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). Previous experience in hotel or hospitality finance management.Fluent in English and Italian. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and local tax regulations. Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel expertise required). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
