We’re passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.Position Overview: We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounts receivable, client billing, payroll, commission calculations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing the finances of an agency or service-based business. This role will work closely with our leadership and operations teams to ensure timely billing, accurate reporting, and strong cash flow management.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all client billing cycles — from invoicing to payment collection.Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.Monitor cash flow, identify overdue accounts, and implement follow-up procedures.Prepare monthly financial reports, including revenue tracking and a record of outstanding balances.Collaborate with project managers and client success teams to ensure billing accuracy.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Work with external accountants for tax filings and audits as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial management (agency or SaaS experience preferred).Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue recognition.Proficiency with Stripe, Gmail, Spoken English language and collections platforms.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Flexible working environment (remote work).Opportunity to grow with a dynamic, results-oriented team.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
