The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, prepare financial statements, and manage budgeting processes. The role also involves in-depth analysis of financial data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial records, and collaborating with teams to optimize financial processes.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and compliant documentationStrong expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage and control budgets effectivelyExcellent Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and supporting strategic decisionsGood communication and leadership abilities for managing and guiding financial and accounting teamsRelevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldCPA is requiredExperience within a manufacturing industry is highly preferredKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
