Finance Manager

Position: Finance ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Overview:We are currently partnering with a leading company to hire a Finance Manager. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a finance professional to lead treasury operations, deal structuring, and financial automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of growing into a senior finance leadership role in the future.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with banks on compliance, documentation, and operational mattersCoordinate internal financial operations and intercompany settlementsMaintain and update the payment calendar and direct cash flow reportsManage existing deal structures, ensuring accounting control and tax documentation complianceSupport integration between finance, accounting, and audit systemsPrepare internal and external financial reportsOrganize and monitor the flow of financial documentationParticipate in the development of new deal structuresDefine requirements for automating financial processesWork with large volumes of financial data in ExcelPrepare structured data for import into management systemsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate financeStrong knowledge of banking operations, documentation flow, and cash flow reporting (direct method)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data arrays)Understanding of tax and accounting principles, especially in intermediary structuresExperience working with auditors, banks, and financial advisorsStrong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detailFluency in Russian is mandatory
