Finance Manager

Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager on behalf of a Web3 consulting firm who help Web3 projects lay a strong foundation before their official launch.We're looking for a Finance Manager to professionalize and manage all financial operations for a fast-growing firm generating high seven-figure annual revenue. This person will take over financial duties, including bookkeeping, reimbursements, payroll, and client payments, and bring structure to the company’s finance systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain organized financial records and prepare internal reports.Manage payroll, employee payments, and reimbursements.Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely client payments.Coordinate on taxation matters across regions (US preferred).Understand and manage corporate structures (Hong Kong, BVI).Implement crypto banking and off-ramp solutions for payroll and operations.Handle a company mobile wallet for salary distributions with high integrity.Qualifications:Fluent in Mandarin5+ years in finance, accounting, or operations.Experience with cross-border or offshore entities (HK/BVI).Basic crypto or DeFi exposure preferred.High trust, strong attention to detail.Location: China (remote)
