๐ Finance Manager (Spanish Speaker Highly Desirable)๐ Location: Hybrid โ 3 days per week in Dublin office๐ Contract: ASAP start โ until 30th June 2026๐ฐ Salary: โฌ76,000 per annum pro rata or โฌ380 per dayAbout the RoleOur client, a global leader in innovation and technology, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Global Statutory Controllership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented finance professional to play a key role in ensuring statutory, tax, and legal entity excellence across multiple international jurisdictions.In this role, youโll be the trusted guardian of financial integrity โ overseeing statutory accounts, managing audits, supporting tax compliance, and driving process excellence and automation. Youโll work closely with global finance teams, external advisors, and local providers to ensure seamless execution of governance and compliance across diverse regions.What Youโll Do๐ Statutory Accounting & Audit OversightLead the financial close process and external audit coordination for multiple legal entities.Drive accuracy in statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with US GAAP and IFRS standards.Support onboarding of new entities into standardized processes.๐ผ Tax Compliance & Legal GovernancePartner with local tax providers to ensure accurate, timely filings and compliance.Assist with local tax audits and collaborate with global tax teams.Manage the closure of statutory entities and ensure finance readiness throughout the process.๐ค Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementServe as the key liaison between internal teams (Accounting, Treasury, Legal) and external advisors.Cultivate productive relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and local government agencies.Partner effectively across global finance and outsourced service teams (Accenture, EY, and others).โ๏ธ Process Excellence & AutomationIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardize statutory processes.Lead process reviews, optimize shared service procedures, and support implementation of new accounting standards.๐ Broader Advisory & ReportingOversee cash flow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and local regulatory reporting.Provide financial support for global and local projects ensuring statutory and tax compliance.Who You AreQualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3+ years PQE (or a strong Big 4 audit background).Experienced in statutory accounting, audit management, and tax compliance.Technically strong with a working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.Experienced working in multinational or large-scale environments โ familiarity with outsourced models is a plus.Spanish language skills are highly desirable.This opportunity is a contract, hybrid in Dublin.
