Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and reporting functions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with tax regulations, and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset to manage complex finance processes across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities :Financial Operations & ReportingLead monthly account closing and review financial statementsManage general ledger entries and full set of accountsPrepare monthly financial and headcount reportsOversee monthly sales closing and ensure accuracyIntercompany & Vendor ManagementHandle intercompany transactions, SLA recharges, invoicing, and balance confirmationsReview staff claims and vendor paymentsManage S2B payment approvals and liaise with approversRegister new vendors and confirm bank detailsCustomer & Credit ManagementSupport customer onboarding and conduct credit reviewsPerform credit override and OR calculationsCalculate provisions for doubtful debts, bonuses, and sales incentivesTax & ComplianceReview VAT and WHT calculations for vendor invoicesEnsure timely monthly tax submissions for VAT and WHTManage corporate income tax computations and liaise with tax agentsHandle VAT registration and quarterly LKPM filingsAsset & Investment AccountingPerform IFRS16 lease and depreciation calculationsRecord investments and assets under constructionTrack chart of accounts and cost centersCalculate royalty payments and maintain provision listingsAudit, Legal & Corporate AffairsLiaise with auditors, lawyers, and corporate secretarial teamsEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsSupport any ad hoc finance-related tasks as neededQualifications :Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Professional Certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accountingIntermediate proficiency in SAP is an added advantageStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProven ability to manage complex financial processes and cross-functional collaboration
