As a family, we work cohesively, collaboratively, value entrepreneurship, and do whatever it takes to deliver happiness in a living space.Role Summary:The Senior Finance Operations position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the day-to-day finance operations activities, with a strong focus on Finance Operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). The role ensures that financial transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This position plays a key role in optimizing processes, improving systems, and supporting the company’s day to day operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full AR process, including customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing activities.Collaborate with related stakeholders internally to resolve billing or payment discrepancies - if any.Overviewing the end-to-end AP process, including invoice verification, payment execution and review.Ensure all supplier invoices are processed in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.Support the optimization of payment runs and cash flow forecasting.Maintain high data integrity within financial systems and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and audit requirements.Contribute to the development and maintenance of finance operation policies and procedures.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operation processes.Support implementation of automation or system improvements within the ERP environment - if any.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen finance operations performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience in finance operations, with extensive exposure to both AR and AP in Finance Operation.Strong understanding of transactional accounting, cash management, and internal controls.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) and finance automation tools.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively across functions and build productive relationships.
