Designation: Finance Manager Location: Business Bay, DubaiExperience Required: Minimum 5+ years of UAE Accounting & Finance ExperienceAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE accounting standards, VAT filing, and corporate tax compliance, with proven proficiency in QuickBooks and financial analysis. This role offers an opportunity to contribute strategically to business growth while ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.Prepare, review, and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA regulations.Lead implementation and management of corporate tax frameworks, ensuring timely documentation and reporting.Analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights.Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.Support external audits and liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and senior management.Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Stay updated on UAE tax laws, IFRS updates, and accounting standards.Key Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations.Proficient in accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.Effective communication and team collaboration.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional Certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or UAE VAT/Tax Certification) is a strong advantage.Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Visa and medical coverage.A collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong career growth potential.📢 Ready to take your finance career to the next level?
