Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee our US based client's commission processes, invoicing, and front-end financial workflows. This role will focus on ensuring our commissions, accounts receivable, and payable processes run smoothly and efficiently, integrating financial data into our systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end commission calculation process using AgencyBloc and integrate commission data from multiple carriers.Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and financial reports to track commissions, revenue, and outstanding invoices.Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks, including sending out invoices and following up on payments.Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho Desk to automate ticket creation for commission-related tasks and ensure smooth workflow management.Proactively learn new bookkeeping or finance software as needed and reach out to vendor support for training and assistance without needing to be nudged.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with overall financial strategy while taking ownership of day-to-day financial tasks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and ideally some Zoho Analytics knowledge is preferred.Prior bookkeeping experience strongly preferred to support commission and financial workflows.Ability to quickly learn new accounting software and independently seek out training and support.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a self-starter attitude.
