Finance Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing technology services company. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance, and strengthening financial processes across the organisation. ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to tight deadlines.Month-End & Compliance: Lead month-end close and ensure compliance with VAT, corporation tax, and statutory filings.Business Partnering: Work with department heads to analyse results, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.Financial Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and cost efficiency.Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems and reporting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.QualificationsQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting.Strong understanding of Irish accounting standards, tax, and compliance.Advanced Excel and financial systems skills (experience with Xero an advantage).Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Strong communicator able to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
