Finance & Administration Executive – Property SectorDublin City CentreA growing property services business in Dublin is seeking a Finance & Administration Executive to support its finance and operations function. This position is suited to someone with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and the wider operations team, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. This is a hands-on role offering varied exposure across accounts, administration, and property-related financial activity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily finance inbox and respond to internal and external queries in a clear, professional manner.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.Prepare customer and supplier statements and assist with monthly financial summaries.Set up and process outgoing payments and support the management of cashflow activity.Maintain financial records, update internal dashboards/CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.Assist with weekly and monthly reconciliations, including bank and control accounts.Work closely with operations, lettings, and property teams to ensure smooth information flow.Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required by the Head of Finance.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role within a busy finance team.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of organisation.Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.Professional, polished presentation and communication style.
