Responsabilidades - Coordinate and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, audits, and payroll; - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports with variance analysis; - Implement, maintain effective internal controls and manage cash flow; - Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making; - Evaluate the return on investment of projects and support the prioritization of initiatives; - Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity enhancements; - Plan and organize the daily tasks of the finance team; - Ensure financial processes respect the guest experience.
Requisitos - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; - Experience in hotel accounting or auditing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budget management, and tax regulations; - Fluency in English; - Analytical skills and attention to detail.
