We manage a market-driven approach within integrated models defined by projects and programs with the youth, women, and outgrower businesses, aiming to improve yields and market access.Role Description.As a Finance Officer (National Service Personnel), you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance operations, ensuring sound financial management and accountability in regional projects. This position offers hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, and compliance, a perfect start for graduates looking to build a strong career foundation in finance and development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and data entry.Assist in preparing budgets, expenditure reports, and payment documentation.Monitor project spending and ensure compliance with company policies.Help with procurement and logistics-related financial support.Work closely with project and finance leads in the Northern and Upper Zones to ensure accurate reporting and timely disbursements.QualificationsA recent graduate (2025) eligible for National Service.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accuracy.How to ApplyInterested applicants should send their CV and a short cover letter to lyanne@agrisolvegh.com with the subject line: Finance Officer (National Service)
