Job Description

Job Summary:The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the organization financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. The role ensures the effective use of funds and supports management in financial planning and decision making.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:·      Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.·      Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and funds allocations.·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.·      Provide financial forecast and variance analysis to management.·      Ensure timely filling and payment of taxes (BIR) and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig)·      Oversee billing and payments to suppliers.·      Ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions and statutory benefits·      Monitor spending, approvals and proper documentation.QUALIFICATIONS:·      Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance Administration or related field.·      Preferably CPA (but not strictly required)·      At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the position to pcpdofficial@pcpd.ph or shirley.nabor@pcpd.ph.
