You’ll act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients — helping to streamline operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive continuous improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of leased aircraft, maintaining accurate and complete lease data.Oversee rent, maintenance reserve, and utilisation invoicing processes.Handle customer queries from receipt to resolution, ensuring high service standards.Coordinate lease contract events including receivables, payables, audits, and security data management.Support cross-functional teams with financial and operational insights.Lead and contribute to projects aimed at improving systems and customer experience.Track and report key customer interaction metrics to improve reliability and service consistency.About You3+ years’ experience in an operations, administration, or support role (aviation or financial services background desirable).Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (SQL or advanced Excel a plus).A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a drive for process improvement.This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your aviation career within a world-class leasing environment — joining a business that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in customer service.To learn more or apply, please contact Paul@lemeas.ie
