Financial Analyst - Leasing (1-2 years' PQE)

Job DescriptionOur client, a global leader in leasing & fleet management, is seeking a Qualified Accountant to deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions for the business. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial data, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and reports, and supporting statutory and IFRS reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of financial information, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts for Leasing.Perform variance and trend analysis to identify key drivers.Assist with statutory reporting, IFRS compliance, and off-balance sheet structures.Prepare schedules and reports for management, auditors, and consolidations.Support special projects and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.Requirements for this RoleDegree in Finance or Accounting and professional accounting qualification is essential (ACA/ACCA preferred).1-2 years of PQE accounting experience; leasing or banking experience a plus.Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP a plus).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.About Our ClientA global leader in leasing and fleet management, with an expanding Irish footprint.
