We prioritize rapid experimentation, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities, and quickly adapt, ensuring that we consistently evolve and meet the needs of our clients.As our company scales, we're looking for an Finance Operations Associate to help us scale up the operational process.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily reconciliation of cash-in/cash-out and prepare settlements. Prepare and execute payments through internet banking dan internal tools in accordance with approvals and SLAs. Follow the maker–checker process with proper segregation of duties. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, coordinating with payment partners and internal teams. Serve as the intermediary between the company and payment partners/banks for operational issues. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, financial regulations, and audit requirements. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and prepare summary reports for management review. Maintain accurate records of all transactions in tracking systems and support reconciliation close.RequirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree of Accounting, Finance, or Management 1-2 years of experience in Finance Operations, Banking administration.
