Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Deal Origination: Identify and source high-potential investment opportunities across Southeast AsiaInvestment Evaluation and Execution: Lead transaction processes from conducting initial screening, running due diligence processes, preparing Investment Review Committee Memos, negotiating transaction documents and managing overall transaction timelinesPortfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance through regular financial and operational reviews, working closely with portfolios’ founders to provide strategic inputs for business development and capital raising, and prepare periodic performance updates and valuation analyses for internal and Limited Partners LP reportingExit Planning: Support portfolio companies in identifying and executing exit opportunities, including secondary sales, trade sales, or IPOsFund Operations: Prepare fund-level materials including LP reports, investor presentations, and AGM materialsTeam Management: Mentor and supervise junior team members in deal execution and overall career developmentQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience in fund management, investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or in startupsFamiliarity with startup ecosystems in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and SingaporeStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilitiesReporting RelationshipsBusiness Development and Investment Team AdvisorThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
