Finance - Senior Executive / ExecutiveJOB PURPOSETo perform operational tasks in Finance Department, including payment, preparing reconciliation of accounts, daily operation tasks assigned by the superior, and prepared report to the Management to explain the fluctuation in the variance identified.JOB DESCRIPTIONFinance OperationsResponsible for daily operation administration tasks and guiding the executive when necessary.Understand system, procedure, and process control, such as segregation of duty.Maintenance of GL System, verify and review the COA, vendor, etc.PPE process is executed smoothly.Prepare and clearance of reconciliation of accounts and items identified.Prepare Journal for monthly closingEnsure entry is captured accurately and on time.Clearance of reconciliation and review of reconciliation items identified.Prepare a schedule or report and be able to explain the variances.ComplianceUpdate SOPEnsure robust control is affected regularly and adequately check compliance and adherence with SOP.RequirementsA degree in Accounting/ Finance, or professional qualification -Must have minimum 3 years related working experience in Accounts or Finance Operations.Detailed and Strong Analytical personTeam player and can take work pressure especially during report preparation periodsMust be able to stay late especially during monthly and yearly account closing.What We Offer:Professional development and training opportunities
