Finance Operations Manager

We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.As Finance Operations Manager at Ledgy, you'll streamline financial operations and ensure accurate reporting that supports growth across markets. Reporting into the Head of Operations & AI, you'll split your time between leading strategic work and driving operational excellence.At Ledgy, you will:Lead financial planning and operations including forecasting, budget, cashflow management, and accountingOwn core finance operations (accounting processes, quarterly budget reviews)Coordinate external accountants and drive monthly close and yearly financial auditsManage payments and payroll preparationManage equity administration directly in LedgyDevelop and monitor financial performance metrics; provide stakeholders with timely insights into trends, operational results, and growth driversProvide real-time visibility into the unit economics of our business and identify opportunities to improve GTM strategyDrive operational and financial efficiency, including evaluating our procurement processes and currency managementEnsure compliance with financial reporting and tax laws in our core marketsImplement process improvements to reduce operational workload across Finance and OperationsPartner with our Revenue Ops team to develop strategies and processes that drive growth and manage:Quarterly commission calculations for Sales and CS teamsSubscription management and billing in StripeThe job is a good fit if you:Have 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup managing Finance or experience in Big 4 financial audit with a desire to transition into the startup worldHave solid understanding of financial and tax reportingAre proficient in financial systems and accounting softwareHave experience processing multi-country payroll and paymentsAre analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy leading complex, cross-functional projectsHave excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English and GermanM&A experience is a strong plus
