Job Description

Role of Purposes:We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our Finance and Procurement Support teams. Successful candidates will play a key role in managing AP/AR automation, purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and supplier coordination—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless service delivery to clients.You will gain exposure to international clients and suppliers, working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication are essential.Your Main ObjectivesSupport AP/AR automation processes by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and resolving system issues.Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and client referrals with precision and efficiency.Coordinate with providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Identify process improvements and recommend workflow/system enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments accurately using automation and accounting systems.Verify invoicing processes for accuracy and compliance (including GST requirements).Follow up with suppliers and providers via calls and written communication.Reconcile invoices, delivery confirmations, and recurring orders against budgets and service descriptions.Ensure all activities meet minimum team standards and SLAs.Escalate system issues, delivery delays, or compliance gaps to supervisors.QualificationsStrong English skills (written, spoken, and comprehension) for daily client/supplier communication.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; some roles may require a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience).High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.Familiarity with AP/AR processes, procurement systems, or accounting software (e.g., Xero, Outlook) is an advantage.Proactive mindset with the ability to follow established guidelines and meet deadlines.Willingness to work on-site in Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang on shifting schedules (24/7 including weekends and public holidays).Only applications submitted with a CV/Resume in English will be processed.Be Part of ATI Journey:Our aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.
