Synagie provides an exceptional on-the-job training experience that activates business drivers to stay updated with the evolving market trends and consumer insights.Job DescriptionAccounts Executive (AR/AP)As an Accounts Executive you will be primarily responsible to perform transactional AR/AP duties including General ledger accounting, along with assisting the Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and completeness of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss. Equipped with enthusiasm and skills, you will:Work closely with other departments and stakeholders within the Company and provide relevant support to the business as Finance representative. Manage working capital requirements for the Company that involves billing and cash collections from customers and managing payments to vendors. Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure success of the corporation. Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies, procedures. Ensure financial accounting close is on time and accurate. Provide timely monthly and quarterly information and analysis for the Singapore Group Finance team. Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variancesAny other ad hoc duties as assignedQualificationsHave at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in AR/AP and GLGreat working attitude with an agile mindsetTeam playerPossess great communication skills with all stakeholders and a strong command of English languageAre passionate about numbers, trends, and financial reportingAre detail oriented with strong sense of work prioritization and time managementAre proficient in Microsoft office and advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelProficient in the use of accounting softwareCan work independently and able to work with people across all levelsAdditional InformationWork Setup: Hybrid (once a week onsite, 4x WFH)
