JOB SUMMARYAssist in the preparation of monthly group management accounts, quarterly & yearly financial statements and notes to accounts. Review corporate expense and assist in annual budget Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service Assist in IPO and adhoc projectsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancials ReportingAssist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profits elimination, etcFacilitate and support the submission of monthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiariesReview data provided by subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statements Handle full set of accounts for small entitiesEnsure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS. Liase with external auditors on year end audits. Review Corporate ExpensesAssists corporate functions in the preparation of annual budgetReview and analyse corporate expenses and provide recommendation for improvement GL Shared Service Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service center IPO and Ad-hoc ProjectsPrepare schedules required by external auditors during IPO audits
