Part Time Accountant

To support our Finance Department, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Accountant who is eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in accounting and finance.Job Type: Part TimeWork Location: In personLocation: Vertex Tower A, Singapore 408868Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 - 4 days work week)Salary: Up to SGD 1,200/monthStart Date: AnytimeKey Responsibilities:Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and updating financial records.Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.Perform basic reconciliations of accounts and bank statements.Assist with month-end closing activities and documentation.Help maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.Requirements:Diploma/Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Positive attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team.Learning Opportunities:Gain exposure to full-cycle accounting processes in a corporate environment.Develop practical knowledge of accounting systems and reporting.Build hands-on skills in financial documentation, reconciliation, and compliance.
