This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team as a Finance Transformation Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimising finance solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating world-class finance operations through technology and process improvement.Job Description:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient financial processes and reporting systems.Lead projects focused on finance automation, reconciliations, and process optimisation.Manage and enhance ERP systems (including NetSuite) and integrated platforms.Support the design and development of finance technology solutions, including automated reconciliations and ledger systems.Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with organisational growth and new product development.Manage finance process documentation and internal control improvement projects.Contribute to the development of the finance transformation roadmap.Provide ad-hoc support on technical accounting and process improvement initiatives.Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in finance, audit, or transformation roles.Experience with multinational and multi-currency group structures.Strong understanding of internal controls and financial best practice.Experience in highly regulated or listed environments advantageous.Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is beneficial.Excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.Advanced MS Office and ERP system skills (NetSuite advantageous).Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multiple teams.Qualification:CA(SA) Two Years minimus Post Articles
