Run payroll & taxes: Ensure accurate payroll, social-security, VAT and corporate-tax filings. Keep us compliant: Prepare statutory returns, manage audits, liaise with advisers and authorities. Report with impact: Deliver clear monthly insights to the German MD and UK finance team. Build for scale: Design lean processes and controls that grow with the business. What You’ll BringGerman accounting qualification (Steuerfachangestellte/r, Bilanzbuchhalter/in or similar). Hands-on experience across accounting, payroll and tax. Confidence working independently and owning end-to-end finance. Fluent German and strong English communication. Bonus: experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
