Divided across different locations, this team consists of the (Group) CFO, Finance Manager, Financial Accountants, and Finance and Office Assistant.You will be responsible for preparing our company's financial statements and executing and optimizing various financial processes of our European branches.What You´ll DoProcessing incoming and outgoing invoices and the associated bank transactionsYou will create reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also be the first point of contact for customers and suppliersInternally, you will be the first point of contact for project management and purchasingProcessing intercompany transactions and the monthly reconciliation of these transactionsProcessing VAT returns on timePerforming financial checks on ongoing projectsPreparing and checking management reports (weekly and monthly)Performing monthly closing activities on time so that MT reports and reports for internal and external stakeholders can be drawn upPerforming activities for financial audits. Other tasks that recur regularly to guarantee correct and timely reportingRequirementsWhat You´ll NeedYou have a Bachelor level based on education or experience in the direction of Accounting, Finance or EconomicsYou have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar roleYou speak and write fluent German and English.
