The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with statutory obligations, and effective management of the company’s accounting operations. The role requires a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) with strong analytical and organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with IFRS and company policies.Support the Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other statutory requirements.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely submission of reports.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.Prepare tax computations, returns, and assist in tax audits when required.Provide support to management with timely financial analysis and performance reports.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification.Full or Associate Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) – mandatory.Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a manufacturing or agribusiness environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS, Zambian taxation laws, and financial reporting requirements.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, or QuickBooks).Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time management skills.How To ApplySend your CV, cover letter, certificates and proof of ZILT membership to:email address: careers@wonderfulgroup2010.com with the subject line: “Application – Fleet Manager (ZILT)” Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
