You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial compliance and integrity across a portfolio of international entities, supporting mergers & acquisitions, and driving continuous process improvements at scale.What You’ll DoAct as Entity Controller for multiple EMEA entities — ensuring timely statutory reporting and audit completionOversee financial statement preparation, tax and VAT returns, and local compliance requirementsPartner closely with global finance teams, tax, and treasury functions, as well as external auditors and advisors (e.g., PwC, EY)Support and lead M&A integrations and entity liquidations, maintaining strong governance and reporting standardsParticipate in the design and implementation of new financial systems, tools, and processes to scale with business growthDrive process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflowsAbout YouQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 2+ years post-qualification experienceBackground in a large, fast-growing multinational environmentStrong working knowledge of US GAAP, with exposure to Local GAAP and IFRSAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle ERP (or similar) is highly desirableExperience working with cross-functional international teams and external partnersNice to HaveExperience with M&A transactions or entity liquidationsFamiliarity with financial compliance across France, Spain, Denmark, Israel, Greece, UK, or AlgeriaAudit or statutory reporting experience with a Big 4 or large multinationalThis opportunity is a 11-month contract, hybrid in Dublin.
