We are seeking an experienced Financial Administration Manager to lead a team and oversee key financial systems, processes, and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mitigating financial and reputational risk while supporting the business in achieving its strategic and operational targets.Salary: R40,885.00Duration: 6 monthsLocation: SandtonKey ResponsibilitiesOperational & Financial ManagementEnsure quality and turnaround standards—per service level agreements (SLAs) and legislation—are consistently met or exceeded through regular monitoring and proactive interventions.Manage staff utilization, systems, processes, and operational/strategic expenses by forecasting needs and analysing reports and regulatory changes.Continually enhance efficiency through effective productivity management, project execution, and innovation initiatives.Ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met by reviewing reports, addressing audit findings, and implementing corrective actions.Maintain alignment with business continuity plans through regular testing and awareness activities.Strategic Planning & ExecutionTranslate divisional strategic objectives into 6–12 month operational plans and individual goals for team members.Conduct ongoing workforce planning by assessing volumes, efficiencies, and potential risks, implementing contingencies as needed.Review, update, and map policies and processes to ensure ongoing alignment with business requirements.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and sustain strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs and engaging regularly.Improve stakeholder satisfaction by meeting SLAs, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and monitoring performance.Provide stakeholders with accurate, timely insights through data analysis and monthly reporting.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementFoster a high-performance culture through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and effective staff motivation.Allocate workloads effectively based on skills, capabilities, and business requirements.Drive a culture of informed, solution-driven decision-making by encouraging information gathering and constructive dialogue.Manage staff performance through clear performance agreements, ongoing feedback, recognition of excellence, and corrective action when needed.Identify training and development needs for self and team to build future capability and ensure professional growth.Encourage innovation, knowledge-sharing, and team engagement to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2-3 years of experience in financial management or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, audit processes, and business risk management.Proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
