To provide solutions for the client's long term insurance and financial planning needs by regularly reviewing the client's portfolio in order to build a sustainable broker practiceJob DescriptionSource Utilisation: Obtain walk in client or data leads from the Bank staff in the branches. | Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction. | Risk and Control: Ensure that processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that impact the area are documented and understood. | Manage Sales and Growth Targets: Capture the correct Policy Relevant Information (PRI) number on the EBankpac system on a monthly basis and check the accuracy of the commission statements received from the AIFA Commissions department.
