Financial Analyst - 6 month contract

This is a 6 month contract with permanent potentialAbout the OpportunityPerform day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close supportMaintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesInvestigate and correct discrepancies/irregularities in financial entries, documents and reportsAdminister payroll end-to-end, ensure accurate calculations, remittances, and employee data maintenanceAct as an ERP power user to support configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvementsPrepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirementsAbout You2-5 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.1+ year processing payrollStrong knowledge of Epicor software or other ERP systemsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsCPA or CMA designation is a plus
