As a Financial Analyst, Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving that mission forward through data-driven insights and impactful financial analysis.Purpose of the RoleAs a Financial Analyst, Associate, you will conduct or assist in the documentation of simple to moderately complex financial analysis projects. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of finance professionals to support strategic decision-making across the organization.Location: This position will be based out of Harrisburg, PA. This position will have the potential to work from home with a hybrid schedule which includes some days in office per week and some days at home per week.What You’ll DoPerform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the various financial systems. Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs. Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Assist in the analysis of financial data and extract and define relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions. OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of related work experience. Microsoft Office spreadsheet application and PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred.
