Weir ESCOUnit B, 20F The JMT Corporate Condominium, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig CityHybridThe Financial Analyst, FP&A and Treasury position will be a key member of Corporate FP&A team and will be involved in the development of financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to current operations. We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Assist in Treasury Functions: Assist with Cash Reporting (weekly and daily during month end close); Assist with monthly review of loan tracking file; Monthly load of FX rates into Oracle; Assist with execution of Treasury - related payments such as interest, loan issuance/repayment and transfer of funds; Action Banking portal maintenance requests for new users and entitlement updates (HSBC, B of A and Standard Bank); Prepare Bank Fee Analysis Reports; Assist with KYC updates; Prepare and submit Cash Breach Report;Assist in Accounts Receivable Areas: Perform Month End variance analysis of all Accounts Receivable (Debtors) accounts; Work with Finance stakeholders around the world to forecast Accounts Receivable balances.Support the administration: Updating and preparing monthly and quarterly reports used for monthly variance analysis and quarterly forecasting; Becoming proficient in ESCO’s chart of accounts and actively managing the reporting of monthly expenses and headcount through OneStream; Actively identifying process improvement opportunities to drive incremental gains in corporate finance processes; Proactively improving and streamlining reporting processes while improving the quality of financial reports;Becoming an expert in our OneStream financial reporting tool: Implementing improvements to division and cost center budgeting processes, monthly reporting, and ad-hoc analyticsSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all processes and product management. Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members and stakeholders.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer science, and/or Economics.1 to 3 years of experience in financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), or similar function.Advanced financial modeling skills to develop analysis for various business scenarios using Excel.Prior experience in OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle and Oracle Essbase is a plus.Willing to work in a hybrid set up; Shift schedule is 7AM to 4PM (Manila time)Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
